- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- ½ Cup Wheat Rava
- ½ Cup Curd
- ½ Cup choice of Vegetables
- Water as needed
- 1 Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Green Chilli finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Ginger
To Temper
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Urad Dal
- 1 Tsp Channa Dal
Directions
- Dry roast the oats until nice aroma comes, then coarsely grind it
- Heat pan with oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, channa dal, and curry leaves
- Add chopped vegetables and ginger and saute for few minutes
- Add rava and saute for few minutes
- In the mixing bowl add oats powder, baking soda, salt and mix it
- Add lemon juice,rava mix, curd, coarinder leaves and mix it with water until you get desired consistency
- Pour in the idly cooker and cook it for 15 minutes
Note - Serve hot with any chutney
